The Secretary Health Balochistan visited the office of the Provincial TB Control Program where he was warmly received by Dr. Sher Afgan Raisani, Provincial Manager TB Control Program. During the visit, the Secretary was briefed on the ongoing initiatives, achievements, and challenges in the fight against tuberculosis across the province.

Dr. Sher highlighted key developments including improvements in TB diagnostics, expansion of drug-resistant TB sites, integration with primary healthcare services, and recent digital innovations in surveillance and logistics. The Secretary appreciated the efforts of the TB Control Team and assured full support for strengthening TB services and achieving elimination targets.
